Terms and Conditions of Service
§ 1
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms,” set out the exact rules for the provision of services by Martyna Plińska, hereinafter referred to as the “Makeup Artist.”
The Makeup Artist provides services exclusively upon prior appointment.
Clients of the Makeup Artist are obligated to familiarize themselves with the Terms before booking a service with the Makeup Artist.
The Terms, along with the description of the service, constitute an agreement for the provision of services.
Booking an appointment signifies that the Client has read and fully accepts the Terms. Upon booking, an agreement is concluded between the Client and the Provider under the conditions specified in these Terms. The booking date constitutes the date of the agreement, and all its provisions become binding for both parties.
§ 2
Definitions
Client – An adult natural person, aged 18 or older, who has full legal capacity.
Minor – A Client under the age of 18 who uses the services of the Makeup Artist with verbal or written consent from a parent/legal guardian.
Terms – These Terms created by the Service Provider.
Makeup Artist – The service provider offering mobile services at a location agreed upon with the Client.
Service/Makeup – The service provided by the Service Provider for the Client.
Deposit – A form of securing an appointment reservation for a specific date.
Service Provider – Martyna Plińska makeup & charakteryzacja, based in Wejherowo, Harcerska 14/10, NIP: 5882471016, as registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

§ 3
Client Responsibilities
Clients may be adults or minors with parental/legal guardian consent. The Service Provider may require proof of such consent before the appointment and may refuse the service if this consent is not provided.
Clients must disclose any health-related information that may affect the provision of the service and sign a statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
Clients must inform the Service Provider immediately about any deterioration in their health during the service.
Clients are expected to attend appointments without companions unless prior notification is given to the Service Provider.
Clients should arrive at the agreed location no earlier than 15 minutes and no later than 2 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Any potential delays must be reported to the Makeup Artist by phone at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the service.
The Makeup Artist allows a delay of up to 10 minutes. After this time, the service may be canceled or shortened. Each case of delay is assessed individually by the Service Provider.
Persistent cancellations or no-shows without prior notice more than twice may result in the Service Provider refusing further bookings from the Client.
§ 4
Pricing
Services are provided according to the current price list available at www.martynaplinskamakeup.com/cennik.
Clients may review the description, expected duration, and price of a service before booking.
Makeup services on Sundays, public holidays, or outside regular working hours (before 7:00 AM or after 6:00 PM) incur an additional 20% fee.

Reservations are confirmed through the calendly.com system and are only finalized once the Client receives a confirmation email and pays the deposit.
Clients opting for on-site payment must pay a 50% deposit within 3 days of the agreed appointment. If the deposit is not received within this time, the appointment is automatically canceled.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior cancellation entitles the Service Provider to retain the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days after the deposit payment also allow the Service Provider to retain the deposit.
The Service Provider is not liable for non-performance of obligations due to force majeure (e.g., pandemics, accidents, adverse weather). In such cases, the deposit will be refunded, rescheduled, or converted into a voucher.
The deposit will be applied toward the final service cost.
§ 6
Payments
For on-site payments, Clients must pay immediately after the service.

On-site payments are reduced by the previously paid deposit.
The Service Provider reserves the right to offer promotions, gift vouchers, or service packages, regulated in separate appendices to these Terms.
§ 7
Standards of the Makeup Artist
The Service Provider ensures all employees are trained and perform services at the highest standard.
Workstations are disinfected between clients.
Disposable applicators and sanitized tools are used.
Tools are sterilized using an autoclave.
§ 8
Service Provider Obligations
Before performing a service, the Service Provider must:
Conduct a consultation regarding the Client's expectations and health condition.
Inform the Client of any contraindications or post-service recommendations.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms, notifying Clients before appointment bookings.
§ 9
Preparation for the Appointment
Clients must arrive makeup-free.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in refusal of service or a shortened session without a price reduction.
Clients should avoid brow shaping, upper lip hair removal, or tanning 2 days before the appointment.
§ 10
Service Execution
Makeup sessions last 40–60 minutes and are conducted at the studio or at a client-specified location (for groups of 3+).
The travel cost is at least 2 PLN per km, determined individually.
Bridal makeup cannot be performed without a prior trial.
§ 11
Complaints
Complaints require proof of service (e.g., receipt).

Include personal details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
§ 12
Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased directly from the Service Provider.
Vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period.
§ 13
Personal Data
The data controller is Martyna Plińska makeup & charakteryzacja.
Data is processed for communication and service execution.
§ 14
Final Provisions
Clients may review the Terms, price list, and certificates.
Damage caused to the Makeup Artist’s property is the Client’s responsibility.
Disputes should be resolved amicably or, if necessary, in court..
